By using DealHound you agree to these terms.

What DealHound is

DealHound finds deals, tracks prices and sends alerts. We don't sell products. Purchases happen on the retailer's own website, under that retailer's prices, policies and terms.

Prices and accuracy

We check prices live and re-check before alerting, but prices, stock and promotions can change at any moment and may differ by location, account or membership. Always confirm the final price at the store before buying. We're not responsible for retailer pricing errors or changes.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in email secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• Don't misuse the service — for example, automated scraping of DealHound, overloading it, or using it to harass others.
• Only add a phone number you're allowed to receive texts on. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Paid plans

• Pro and Power are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Cancel anytime in Settings → Manage billing; you keep paid features until the end of the billing period.
• Plan limits (check frequency, number of alerts, text messages) are described on the Pricing page and may change with notice.

Affiliate links

Some store links are affiliate links. DealHound may earn a commission on qualifying purchases, at no extra cost to you.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, DealHound isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for purchases you make at third-party stores.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and notify you of significant changes. You can stop using DealHound and delete your account at any time.
